PLEASE READ:

This trip is still in the planning stages.  We are being asked to provide estimated numbers to the tour operator by August 15, 2018 to ensure enough boats have been reserved to accommodate the numbers.  We need to know before August 15, 2018 if you plan to go on this trip to ensure we have enough pillows for our club.

Lodging requests will be turned in on October 1, 2018, after which time we will know what cabins we will be assigned on the ship and can then finalize our pricing.  We will also then know the exact week we will be traveling.

There is a possibility we will not get assigned to the September 24, 2019 trip, and instead will be assigned to the September 4, 2019 trip, depending on the numbers all clubs turn in.  However, we have let the TSC know that there are some members who cannot go on any date but September 24, 2019.  I have added an option for you to select that you will not attend if the trip is moved to September 4. If enough people select this, we will looking into doing this as a club trip, perhaps in the spring of 2020. Please select this option only if you cannot or will not go on the September 4 trip if it is selected for our club.

The price currently listed for this trip is based on the information we have from the TSC per their negotiations with the tour operator.  It is based on the accommodations described below.  We will make adjustments, if any, once we know our lodging after October 1, and will notify you of any changes.

Please note that you must pay your $400 deposit on or before October 1.  This locks in the number of pillows requested by our club, and is the deadline to take advantage of the free air special.  If you do not sign up and pay the deposit on or before October 1, you will not be entitled to the free air package.

On October 1, your $400 deposit becomes non-refundable unless you purchase the trip insurance provided by the tour operator (described below).
